Food Defence Concept – Protection against intentional manipulation & sabotage

We help food companies systematically protect products, processes, and sites from intentional contamination, sabotage, and unauthorized access.
Common scenarios:
- Requirements from IFS Food Defense or BRCGS
- Preparation for audits or regulatory inspections
- Identified security vulnerabilities or specific incidents
- New products, processes, or site changes
- Team uncertainties regarding TACCP and Food Defense requirements
A FIT-Format Food Defense is useful when there are Food Defense requirements from IFS or BRCGS, an audit or regulatory inspection is pending, security vulnerabilities or incidents have occurred at the facility, or new processes, sites, or products carry an increased risk profile.
You will receive a thorough theoretical introduction to Food Defense, TACCP, and normative requirements. Together, we analyze your site, processes, and access situations – and from that, develop a prioritized action plan and an audit-compliant Food Defense Plan.
The FIT-Format works directly with your site, processes, and real threat scenarios. We combine risk analysis, site inspection, and workshop – no off-the-shelf theory, but solutions that work for your operation.
Depending on the specific situation, you will receive a Food Defence Assessment Report, an action plan with deadlines and responsibilities, an audit-compliant Food Defence Plan and/or an audit checklist, and, if required, a concept for employee training.
