HACCP for Experts — Validation & System Criticism

Many HACCP systems pass audits — but are only partially resilient in everyday life. This practice format is aimed at experienced QM and QA managers who want to make their existing HACCP system not only auditable but structurally robust.
The focus is on:
• Clear distinction between validation and verification
• Evaluation of critical control points under realistic worst-case conditions
• Identification of systemic weaknesses
• Audit-proof documentation of evidence
• Integration into existing management systems
• Emerging risks, statistics & data interpretation
• TACCP/VACCP and new requirements
We work on a case-by-case basis — using real constellations from industrial and audit practice.
Not frontal teaching, but structured discussion at expert level.
The goal is not a better document —
but a defensible HACCP system.
Many HACCP systems formally meet the requirements, but are not critically scrutinized in everyday life. New risks, changed processes or statistical developments are often ignored. This format helps companies to regularly review their HACCP system and adapt it to current requirements.
The implementation of a HACCP concept is mandatory in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 852/2004. Regular training is required by standard providers. This workshop supports professional development at expert level.
